Ingredients
- 6 cups baby kale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ⅛ cup chopped chives
- ⅛ cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Blanch kale in some boiling salted water for 30 seconds. Squeeze out all of the water and roughly chop.
Mix in all of the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
