Area markets are mostly back to normal operations this year after two summers of working with pandemic restrictions. Check website links for the latest updates before going to a community market.

The market, now in its 12th season, features nearly 30 vendors and has live entertainment weekly. It’s one of three local markets run by the Common Greens nonprofit group.

Now in its 5th year, this popular urban market also runs classes to promote urban food growing and a plant-based diet. Free parking is available across from the market.

Canal Winchester Farmers Market

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the market returns home to the heart of Clintonville after two summers at the Ohio History Connection. Shoppers will find over 50 Ohio farmers and food producers on site, as well as live music and dance performances each week. You also can order in advance here Tuesdays through Thursdays and pick it up. The market is run by the Common Greens nonprofit group.

The market has dozens of vendors selling produce and other foods and retail items, as well as live entertainment. Free parking is available at the Longshore, Mooney, Endres and Howe Parking Garages.
Franklin Park Conservatory Farmers Market

Enjoy fresh dairy, meats and baked goods with a view at the Franklin Park Conservatory Farmers Market. In addition to seasonal goods, the market hosts a variety of food trucks.

Sponsored by the local organization Make Gahanna Yours, this market has moved to a new location for 2022.
German Village – St. Mary Farmers Market

Now in its 4th year, the market offers fresh produce, meats, dog treats and other merchandise. The location also will host a Food Truck Festival on May 13 from 6 to 9pm.

Raccoon Valley Park, 1225 River Rd., Granville
The Saturday market is back at Raccoon Valley Park, more than 50 vendors including local farmers, bakers and specialty food producers. There is also a Tuesday market (June 14 through Sept. 27) from 3 to 6pm in the parking lot of Ross' Granville IGA on South Main Street.

The Westgate Farmers Market was created by residents seeking to make healthy, locally-produced foods more accessible to West Side residents and others. The market accepts SNAP and WIC benefits.

The market, one of the largest in the area with 80-plus vendors, is again being held on the streets of downtown this year. Shop in person or pre-order online and pick up at the market on Saturday.
